The HeyMilo AI team had an incredible time at SIA’s Executive Forum in beautiful Miami! This year, we had the privilege of meeting with dozens of staffing executives, discussing how AI agents are rapidly becoming a transformative force for recruiting teams. The enthusiasm for AI-driven automation and efficiency was palpable, and we couldn’t be more excited about the momentum in the industry.
AI in Staffing: What We Learned at SIA’s Exec Forum
One of the most exciting takeaways from the event was seeing just how eager staffing leaders are to embrace AI. It’s delivering overwhelmingly positive results in every part of hiring today:

- And candidate engagement at every stage has never been stronger.
From streamlining candidate engagement, and candidate screening to enhancing overall recruiter productivity, talent teams see the impact AI recruitment tools can make and it only makes us more optimistic about what’s to come.
We had the chance to speak with a variety of wonderful firms. Many of them have shared how they’re already incorporating AI into their operations, while others are enthusiastic about getting underway.
And how they feel about it?
In the early days, AI in recruitment was more of a question mark. Some weren’t certain how to implement it or whether it was worth the investment. But now, the sentiment is clear as many leaders are realizing that AI isn’t about replacing recruiters. It’s about augmenting them, helping them regain control over what once felt unmanageable and achieve results they never thought possible.
With the ability to handle more, take on complex tasks with ease, and address pain points that have historically held them back, teams are accomplishing things once thought out of reach, all while dedicating more time to high-value interactions that drive growth and engagement at all levels.

It was such a pleasure to reconnect with our long-time industry friends and partners! We’ve also formed new collaborations that are set to take HeyMilo AI to the next level. By integrating with leading staffing platforms, including some of the most widely used applicant tracking systems (ATS), we’re making sure our AI agents fit seamlessly into recruiters’ workflows, providing even more powerful tools for hiring.
This means smoother, faster, and more impactful adoption that directly enhances how teams work every day.
Looking Ahead: The Near-Term Future of AI in Staffing
The more conversations we had at SIA’s Exec Forum reinforced that AI adoption is accelerating. Staffing firms are increasingly looking to:
